Application Forms and Rules
The only requirement for membership is to own at least one uncirculated item, whether a concert or a 30-second clip of something. First you must fill out this application to be accepted. All information will be kept confidential during trades unless permission is given to reveal it. Follow the link below to come to the application page.
No-trade clauses that one may set will be strictly enforced with possible expulsion from the group if violated. If you would like something of yours to be listed on our public available rarities page, it can be easily arranged. Please do not include anything that you do not want to trade out to people on your list of rarities. Anything that appears on these lists will be entered into the private database and assumed to be available to traders. If by mistake something you do not want to be available shows up on our list one way or another, please send an email to doorstradegroup@yahoo.com and it will be immediately fixed.
Again, for the record, any material included on your "have list" on the application form will be automatically added to a database of available material for trades with other members. On this list, all material is listed anonymously unless your permission is given to list your name/email address/etc. You are also encouraged to make a "want" list of items you are especially seeking. Many people are just looking for anything they do not have. This is always fine, but the database can sometimes be searched for specific items to set up a trade if this information is available, to possibly encourage trades that otherwise would not have happened.
