                        MATERIALS

1. Any and all materials you have that are considered rare and/or uncirculated are grounds for membership application.

2. Trades will generally be up to each party for final decisions, but a 30-second clip for an entire concert will certainly be considered by both parties.

3. Videos, sound reels, masters, full songs, clips, concerts, etc will all be accepted into the group. Pictures are also allowed if copies of a very high quality can be made.

4. Mp3s will not typically be accepted, unless special circumstances apply. If you do have mp3 rarities, please apply anyway for there is a large chance you will be accepted.

5. All trading materials will be sent to one person who will wait until he receives both packages, then send them off to their destinations. This system ensures that no addresses or names will be necessary.

6. For trades, each party may request proof of ownership of the materials being traded. Proof can come in phone calls, mp3 samples through emails, screen captures, clips, and any other form of proof. This proof can either be sent directly to the other trader if he/she allows their personal info to be given out, or sent through the email service, also to be passed on to the other trader.

7. An updated trade list will be sent to all members periodically, usually once a month. This list will include clips, songs, masters (or copies of), concerts, and videos. Pictures will be sent out in the same list, however in a different file.
